If you want to build a house, you don’t start by calling the brick layer!
With house building it’s obvious you need to start with a plan but with your health and happiness; not so obvious :-)
Lots of people have figured out that a certain thing makes them feel much better. It could be running, meditation or whatever — and they do that thing in heaps.
But it’s uncommon to find someone who understands the BIG PICTURE, who acts on the truth — that “everything affects everything else.”
ALL six lifestyle elements are incredibly powerful in their own right.
As I battled 13 years of serious illness, I tried them all, individually, so I can tell you they’re ALL powerful.
BUT put them together, get them working together and WOW — you can feel as good as you did when you were a child and have enough energy to run around all day and then some.
Zing, zing, zing :-)
So… it helps to think of building your health and happiness in a similar way to building a house.
Start with a BLUEPRINT
What’s the “house” going to look like when it’s done? :-)
Once you know the big picture, it’s an easy job to come up with your lifestyle plan. And believe me, this stuff has much more power to put a smile on your face than your four walls — however beautiful they may be.
It’s easy stuff with health and happiness and you only need a little attention to your blueprint for a massive payout in how you feel down-the-line.
Putting your blueprint into action can be a little challenging at FIRST but it’s EASY at last. Once your body has done its housework and geared up to the new way, it’s plain sailing and smiles all the way.
