It’s always a good reminder to focus on what’s important and let go of what isn’t. Six key things to focus on to get us where we want to be.
Interesting that I think I hit on most of these with my goals: diet, exercise, organization.
I didn’t mention sleep, and I probably should have, although I am paying attention to it. It’s an issue for me, and one I intend to tackle, but I thought it best to start with some of the other goals first. One of the reasons for this is that I’m dealing with significant sleep issues with my daughter right now, and until we can resolve those, there’s not much I can do to help myself.
Drugs: I don’t take much other than what I use to prevent/maintain chronic conditions. I do hope that perhaps my need for these might be reduced through improved overall wellness, although I am being realistic.
Living in the moment: well, doing a bit too much of that is why I’m disorganized. ;)
