  1. In spite of the fact that you may genuinely want to feel better and have more energy and vitality, the effort this takes can be daunting, especially if you’ve tried and failed in the past.

For some people living a healthy lifestyle seems so effortless, yet you may be finding every little change represents sacrifice and hard slog. Even keeping a positive mindset can be tough when you’re feeling depressed or not so good about yourself.

There must be a better way!

You’ll find a brilliantly articulated answer to this question in this short, but powerful book entitled Happy Guide: 6 simple lifestyle changes for health and happiness.

This work is a well-researched blueprint for developing constructive lifestyle habits. By first addressing the psychology behind our destructive habits, author Michael Kinnaird helps us understand so much more about ourselves and the processes involved.

In less than an hour you’ll gain rare insight into why habit is such a powerful force and how we can get our natural inclinations to work for us.

I am always on the lookout for little gems of information … unique perspectives that help me learn more about myself and about the science of wellness. This was certainly a pleasant surprise… informative, good value and to the point.

I enjoyed what I read and believe it to be a product that can really make people’s lives better. Great work!

  2. Mike/James:

I’ve been reading numerous books over the past few years as I’ve tried to get my life back to the way it once was. While a number of them had some very good parts, ALL of them were lacking in some other aspect. Happy Guide is one of the best, most comprehensive pieces I’ve ever read. THANK YOU for putting it all together in such a clear and precise way! Especially the part on Meditation; for me at least, this is the KEY for me getting back to where I once was (or even better, reaching a level never attained!).

It’s a testament to you and Happy Guide that even professional health care givers like doctors find it so useful.

DEFINITELY the best thing I have ever read, and gotten the most out of.

Thanks again for everything… it’s helped more than you will know.

  3. Making even simple lifestyle changes can be hard, but help is available. Michael Kinnaird struggled with his own serious health issues for thirteen years. Out of his experience, he has written Happy Guide. I have read his book and believe his advice is excellent.

This is a very useful guide to building good habits. I recommend it highly for anyone who wishes to work on improving any kind of habit!

  4. The happy guide is AMAZING!!! Cant rate it enough. Thank you so much Mike and James. I lost 6 stone (roughly 84 pounds to our American friends!) by using the guide. And I’m happier than ever. I never realised before how habitual I was and how those habits were contributing to my state of health. So using the guide I replaced my bad habits for good ones. I love being active now. And eating well seems like second nature. Before I thought I was destined to be sat on the sofa being fat but the guide TOTALLY changed my mindset.

I cant rate it highly enough. You guys are doing such great work. Some people dont even recognise me now (which I love).

Thank you SO much guys. I know there is at least one man in the world whose life has been TRANSFORMED by your wisdom… ie ME!!

    Thanks buddies!!
