  1. thankyou for saving my life with distract from the thought and the power is gone.i dont know where they get think of a pink giraffe chit and think more of your of your ocd problems or play with a rock or buy a mobile phone and play with it to reduce yyour ocd thank god i stumbled into your advice.after 40 yrs of just thinking and thinking of my ocd instead if just distracting from it i wouldnt of SUFFERD so much i am thourally happy and my head is clear.how great thou art sorry for the spelling have a happy and wonderful new year sir.
