  1. Yes these tips reinforce the good things and it has completely changed my life. Your chapter on negative thoughts and how to come out of it is amazing…one line YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS is amazing.

  4. I really like them and thanks very much for providing. Often the messages act as a very effective reminder which is very useful particularly if I’m not feeling so good.
